Fog and Rain Delay Search

Heavy rain and thick fog that blanketed the area around Mount Burangrang, Saturday (19/11/2011), inhibiting search Cessna C 172-PK NIP's Flying Nusa International flight school lost contact since Wednesday (16/11/2011) morning .


On Friday, a joint team from Nusa Flying International, Wanadri, Kodim Purwakarta, and a number of institutions re-combing the border area Purwakarta and West Bandung regency. If the search is focused yesterday on the back of the north, this time starting from the back sweep south in Lembang, West Bandung regency.


Quite sunny weather on Saturday morning. However, at 10.00 after the fog started to descend the slopes of Mount Burangrang. Top of some hills that were previously invisible, such as Sand Jambi, Handap Sand, and Sand Luhur, fog hindered.


The rain also came and went. Had subsided a few minutes, the rain came down again. Similar conditions occur in the search two days earlier, making it hard the volunteers who participated in the search.
